Academy onOffice

In our onOffice Academy we offer webinars and question times on software and other relevant topics from the property industry. The advantage over training videos is that you can ask the questions that are burning under your nails at any time via chat. The webinar instructor responds interactively to your individual needs.

The webinars are sorted by difficulty and level of difficulty from ✪ ❍ ❍ ❍ beginners to ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ professional.

onOffice Webinars
The onOffice webinars deal with the handling of the software and are free of charge for our customers.
Premium webinars
External speakers from the property industry are available to answer your questions on various topics relating to property acquisition and marketing. These events are usually subject to a fee.

Feedback

We welcome feedback in the form of star ratings and a brief comment on what we can improve. Further comments or complaints can also be sent to us by email .

From the onOffice enterprise edition you can access the overview of our webinars by clicking on the “? menu” at the top of the menu bar and then clicking on “Webinars”. The webinars there have a difficulty level between 1-4 stars. With a click on “register now” you will land in the onOffice Academy at the respective webinar and can register for your desired date.

Registration for a webinar

At the top, the button “Online Seminars” takes you to a chronological overview of all events in the onOffice Academy. To narrow down the view, you will find an overview of the categories on the left. To register for a webinar, click on the “Details” button or the title and then select your preferred date in the overview. Here you can book the webinar free of charge / with costs.

You will then receive a confirmation email with a link to the webinar.

When you register for a webinar for the first time, you will receive a separate email with a password in addition to the confirmation of your registration. This password is not identical with your onOffice password. With this password and your email address you can log in at akademie.onoffice.com. In addition, you will be asked for this password when you register for another webinar with the same email address.

Note:
If you are asked for a password when registering for a webinar, you are already registered with the onOffice Academy with this email address. If you no longer have the email with the password, please use the “Forgot password” function.

To change the password afterwards, click on your user in the top right corner, change to Settings and assign a new password here.

As soon as you are logged in, you can open the webinar room by clicking the “Enter” button or using the link in the confirmation email. The start time of the webinar is displayed here per countdown.

Participate in a current webinar.

Under the item “Is my computer suitable?” you can have a system check performed to make sure that nothing stands in the way of your participation in the webinar.

Server check

You have an appointment and therefore have to leave the webinar early? Or would you like to go through the explanations from the webinar again step-by-step? No problem, because all onOffice webinars and some of the premium webinars are recorded.

When you register with the Academy, you can view the list of booked webinars.

Watch Webinar Video

As soon as you are on the overview page of a webinar, the button “Watch video” will appear. One or two days after the webinar, the video is available and can be viewed again by the participants.
