Success cockpit

The success cockpit gives you a quick overview of the extent to which an employee has achieved his or her goals.

Every employee sees a widget on the dashboard with a compact overview and thus knows at any time what he or she has done. The team leader also receives an additional widget for the overview of his team members.

For the success cockpit all activity/agent’s log entries of the employee are recorded. These are updated automatically at night or via the mass update and flow into the statistics the next day.
