Value analysis

With the help of the value analysis, it is possible to quickly calculate the current value of the property from the property data already entered. The finished value analyses can be output using templates and corresponding macros .

With the additional module “value analysis”, the tab “Value analysis” appears in the properties. The value analysis can be activated individually for each user via the user rights (Settings → User, Rights tab, Properties category, Property value analysis checkbox).

Templates for further value analyses can be stored centrally.
