Use app questionnaires

If you open an appointment in the “Dashboard” of the onOffice app and have checked in, you can select the menu item “Questionnaires”. Here you will find your self-made questionnaires and the inspection certificate.

A questionnaire can only be selected if an appointment type, a property and an address are linked in the appointment.

Tap the desired questionnaire. When the questionnaire is completed, a signature can be added.

Tap on “Done” to transfer the questionnaire to the database. In the app, the questionnaire is now displayed in green font and is linked to a customer. You can send the questionnaire to this customer by e-mail in the iOS app by sliding it to the right and clicking on the e-mail icon

Subsequently, the completed questionnaire is stored in the appointment, the agent’s log and the activities of the properties and addresses linked in the appointment.
In enterprise edition you can call up the questionnaire in PDF format, print it out and send it if necessary.
