What to do if an enquiry is aborted?

An abort is not automatically an error. There can be various reasons for the termination, which are defined in advance.
In these cases the email with the enquiry remains in the inbox and gets a red star as symbol.
If configured accordingly, a task is created to the defined responsible person. The task contains information about the enquiry, the reason for termination and a link to the requested property.

In the action bar of the task detail view, the original of the portal request can be viewed directly via “Email >> Read Email” .
