API Users – Permissions

Property release

Properties can be released in the property detail view >> Marketing tab
Please set the “Publish” option to “yes” in the category “Own website”.

Contact release

To share contacts with the API user, you must go to Administration (Extras >> Settings >> Administration >> Input Fields >> Module: Contact Management >> Category: Administration) enable the “homepage_veroeffentlichen” field.

On the tab, first select “Contact management” for the module and “Administration” for the category. Please activate the field “homepage_veroeffentlichen” here.

Now you can share the contact record in the “Administration” category on the “Basic data” tab in Contacts.
