Data import from portal

Using the “Data import from portal” option, you can, for example, automatically transfer property from Immobilienscout to your onOffice enterprise edition. Here it does not matter whether it concerns your own or third-party property. All stored property data such as description, prices and areas as well as images are created and saved directly in a new property data record.

The process of property transfer:

In the following fields, specify the portal and the property you want to import.

Portal:
The corresponding portal must be selected here. The import of property data is possible from the following portals:

immonet.de
koelner-immobilienboerse.de

IS24 Real estate
number or web address:
Enter the property number or URL of the property in this field. You will find the property number on the portal page as Scout-ID. The web address is the link that you can copy from the address bar of the portal property.

remax.at

immonet.de
The web address is the link that you can copy from the address bar of the property.

koelner-immobilienboerse.de
You will find the property number in the address bar of the property.

At the moment the energy pass data is not yet imported. Please take these over by hand

Contact person:
Select here whether the contact person should be linked to an existing address or whether the address should be created if it does not already exist. If the address should never be linked, please select ‘Do not link contact’. If necessary, you can specify whether the address is to be entered as a contact person or as the owner of the property.

Automatic property import

Click on the “Import property” button as soon as you have made all the necessary entries. In the following, a new data record is created in your onOffice enterprise edition, into which all stored data is transferred.
