Data import from portal
With the help of the option “Data import from portal” you can e.g. transfer properties from immonet.de automatically into your onOffice enterprise edition. It does not matter whether the properties are your own or those of others. All stored property data such as description, prices and areas as well as images are directly created and stored in a new property record.

In the following fields, specify the portal and the properties you want to import.
Portal:
The corresponding portal must be selected here. Import of properties data is possible from the following portals:
- immowelt.de
- immonet.com
- willhaben.at
immowelt.de
The web address is the link that you can copy from the address line of the property.

Hint:
At the moment, the energy certificate data is not yet imported. Please adopt them by hand.
Contact person:
Select here whether the contact person is to be linked to an existing address or whether the address is to be created if it does not already exist. If you never want the address to be linked, please select ‘Do not link contact’. If necessary, you can specify whether the address should be stored with the property as a contact person or as the owner.

Click the “Import Property” button once you have made all the entries. In the following, a new data record is created in your onOffice enterprise edition, in which all stored data is also transferred.
Remark
In the case of imports from standard portals, an information text about the origin is displayed in the property.
