Settings
The settings for the calendar view can be found in the appointment overview action bar. You can print out an overview of your appointments using the printer icon in the toolbar.

Show appointments of your own group in the user color

Past dates
- transparent:With this selection, all past appointments are displayed in a pale color.
- normal: With this selection, past dates are displayed in the same way as future dates.
Representation
- highlight your own appointment: With this selection, your own appointments are completely color-coded. Appointments for other users only have a colored bar at the top.
- colored: With this selection, all dates are completely color-coded.
Show appointments of your own group in the user color
- yes: If you select “yes”, the group appointment is displayed in your user color.
- no: If you select no, the appointment will appear in the color of the first user entered.
Date color
- Users: The color of the appointment depends on the assigned/responsible user. The color that you have defined in the user settings is applied.
- Appointment type: The color of the appointment depends on the appointment type. The color of the appointment type is displayed as the color of the kind of action in the administration under “Types of action >> Edit kind of action of the type of action: Appointment” is set.
Date origin
This setting is only available if you have activated onOffice Sync .
- enterprise and sync appointments: Appointments that were created in onOffice enterprise and appointmentsthat were created via onOffice Sync are displayed.
- enterprise appointments: Only appointments that have been created in onOffice enterprise are displayed.
- sync appointments: Only appointments created via onOffice Sync are displayed
