Types of action

Each agents log entry/activity entry is assigned an action type and an action type, and the same applies to tasks. For example, the action type can be “Phone” and the action type “Incoming call”. So that you can better distinguish the entries in the agents log, it is possible to assign different colors to the different types. An allocation of average costs or duration is also possible. Thus, for example, an brochure distribution can be provided with an average of 15 minutes of time and 25€ costs. The costs will be added later when listing the agents log entries under the item “Legend”.

Types of action

The list of action types can be viewed via the menu Extras >> Settings >> Administration >> Tab Action types >> Edit of: Action types.

You can use the sequence of the entries to define the sequence in the selection list for the action types in the activities. You can also deactivate / activate entries, add your own action types or change the default value.

Depending on the characteristic value of the action type, NOT ALL changes are possible:

  • Action types with the characteristic value “system value” cannot be renamed.
  • Action types with the specification “System value, is only assigned by the system” cannot be renamed or deactivated.

Field filter

You can assign view filters for the individual action types. These can only be set with an active group module for groups.

Action types

There can be different action types for the individual action types. You can display and change these. To do this, please select “Action types” in the “Edit from” field and the desired action type, e.g. telephone call, in the new “Action type” field.

In the list of action types, you can now change the sequence, specify the default value, deactivate/activate action types, assign colors for better visual differentiation, enter costs, determine the behavior for real estate tracking , and assign a characteristic. You can also add and delete your own action types.

Depending on the characteristic value of the action type and the individual action type, NOT ALL changes are possible:

  • For action types with the characteristic value “System value, is only assigned by the system”, you cannot add any further action types.
  • Action types with the specification “System value, is only assigned by the system” cannot be renamed or deactivated.

Tasks and deadlines

Tasks and deadlines are in part also a type of action. Your own task or appointment types are created as “action types” in the Task or Appointment action types. The other settings for the action types are only for the display in the agents log or for the activities.

Characteristics

For each action type, you can assign a characteristic that you have created yourself (click on the Edit icon) Bearbeiten Symbol . This enables you to carry out specific evaluations according to this characteristic, for example, in the success cockpit or in the statistics building set.

You can assign several characteristics to an action type. A characteristic can be assigned to several action types using different action types.

You can create the characteristics in the administration as multiselect according to your requirements.
