In order to transfer a property to the onOffice MLS, a commission charge must be available. A value or text must be entered in at least one of the fields “MLS external commission charge / MLS internal commission charge / MLS charge”. By default, the external or internal commission is set to 50%. You can customize this.

If your images have a watermark, you must post images without a watermark. You can find instructions here.
Free texts
If the special free text fields are available, their content is transferred to the MLS pages. However, please note that the free text fields must be filled with text and not empty. Otherwise, only the usual property description is transferred. It should also be noted that no formatting such as links, HTML elements etc. may be included, as these will be removed during transmission.
Publication
You can then publish the property on onOffice-MLS. To do this, click on the “Post new property” symbol next to “MLS page onOffice” in the Marketing tab of the property in the portals. If the portal status symbol appears green, the transfer was successful.
The address of the property is generally not visible in the onOffice MLS!
Published properties are removed from the onOffice MLS after 183 days (6 months) to ensure that the properties are up to date. If you update your properties again via a portal comparison, the 6 months start again from the beginning.
Note: ATTENTION: The free text field “Other information” is not transferred to the onOffice MLS.
