Mass update of data record rights

WARNING

You can access all data records yourself. Changes to the record rights cannot be undone

The menu item is only visible if you use the record rights. It can only be selected if you have also selected a filter in a list view (property or address data records). You can use the mass update of record rights to change the authorization of individual users or groups for the filtered list of address or property records. The mass update of the record rights can be reached via Actions >> Mass update >> Record rights – properties or Record rights – Addresses

Changes affect all records listed in the list view.

The current record rights for users and groups can be called up and checked for individual properties or address records in the action bar under the menu item Further actions >> Record rights

Changed record rights show a star symbol , this is also set if the mass update was used for this record
