Portals
Suppose your property has been transferred from onOffice to the portal. Unfortunately, it is not yet 100% certain that it has been discontinued.
The portal must now categorize your property and classify it geographically. The latter in particular often leads to mistakes. If the portal does not accept the property for any reason, it should give you feedback. On the one hand, this is not done reliably by all portals. On the other hand, it is of course a condition that the portal receives an e-mail address from you for import reports.
You should therefore store an e-mail address in the basic settings of your software to which the portal can send the import reports. This address is shipped via most interfaces with each of your real estate properties.
