Addresses by last contact / live values

Examples will be used to explain how statistics can be used and how they can be changed via the configuration. There are several example pages for this under“Working with statistics“.

Another example is the template “Addresses by last contact”, where the settings for the “Evaluation” category are to be clarified.

In the example “Number of properties in marketing”, the settings for the “Time reference” were explained in more detail. However, there are also statistics without a “time reference”, for which the “Live values” selection is used in the “Evaluation” category.

The standard template “Addresses by last contact” provides an example of “Live values”. The current key figures for the various time periods in which the last contact with active addresses took place are listed. Behind this is the so-called“traffic light status“. A color symbol is used to illustrate the “contact age” of the address data records.

No values for different months are displayed, only the current status. You can also obtain the current values for a specific traffic light status simply by using a filter, but for an overview you have to create several filters, call them up and make a note of the figures. With the statistics function, you can do this with just one click.
