Interested parties – Overview

The Interested parties tab allows you to search for properties. With it you can examine properties and prospective customers in your data stock for “suitable pairs”. This is based on the search profiles stored in the address data records.

The structure of the tab and its function are explained here. You can find an example of how to search for property in the tutorials and a detailed explanation can be found on a separate page.

Tab Interested parties

The property search offers a modern and configurable list view of the results and a simpler selection of further actions. In addition, the presentation of the details of the individual results is clearer and more informative.

Function and structure is almost the same as the Immo search in addresses tab. The main difference is the order and the search profiles. There are no search profiles in a property data record. Nevertheless, you can see search profiles in a property data record in the Immo search tab – if an address has been selected in the Immo search result list. In this case, the search profiles of this address record are displayed below. These can also be edited there.

Centrally you will find the result list of the property search. The list knows like the list view for properties and addresses “list tabs”, which you can add and adapt. By default, the list tabs “Automatic assignment”, “Manual assignment” and “Previous offers” are available.
You use the configuration to define for each list tab which status is displayed, whether existing statuses are hidden, and so on. You can make further configurations for individual list tabs.

The list view can also be restricted using a filter. For list tabs that already use a filter in the configuration, only this filter is used.

The detail view can be displayed next to or below the list icon-text view / Layout rechts .

How does the property search work?

The property search compares all properties with the active search profiles stored in the current address data record. A match value is calculated for each pair of search profile and existing property, which is then displayed as a % value in the list. The list displays the corresponding results according to the configuration and the filter. For example, to display only properties with a match of more than 80%, please open the list tab configuration (the “drop-down menu” for editing behind the menu triangle on the Icon Dreieck right side of the list tab) and select the corresponding value at “Display about:”.

Updating the Immo search

With the default user setting “Automatically update search results when entering the Immo search“, the search results are always updated when the Immo search tab is opened. An update can also be performed manually by clicking on the update icon Icon Aktualisierung in the upper right corner of the result list view – always only for the currently selected status. You will find the date of the last update of the property search in the bottom left corner of the results list view.

Results of the property search

The results of the property search are displayed as a list. A click on an address displays its preview – the most important properties and contact data.

What to do with the results?

If a suitable prospective buyer has been found for a property, you can select this by using the checkbox on the far right and send an email to the customer. The list actions are provided below the results list for this purpose. Further examples are Set consulting level, Start process & Create worklist.
