Which TV set is suitable

In principle, almost all newer Internet-capable Full HD TV sets are suitable. If you intend to buy a new device, you should pay attention to the following points. The TV should have a large cache so that the Showcase TV runs smoothly. Furthermore, the device’s browser should have a retractable browser bar.

Display problems -> new TV? – No!

If one of the above functions is not available on your TV, you do not have to buy a new device directly. You can use a so-called HDMI mini PC. With this mini pc, you can select a browser through the operating system, which will display the Showcase TV, as desired. Good devices are already available starting at around €100 (as of 2017), such as the ZBOX P series from Zotac.
