Marketplace – Unlock provider
The Marketplace overview presents all cooperation partners who offer their services in the Marketplace.
Here you will learn how to activate the services. In a short video all steps for the activation are briefly explained. You can find this video here
Marketplace Overview
Open the overview via the menu bar . Here you can inform yourself about the different providers and their services.
In the overview you will find details about the provider and information about the terms and conditions, data protection and order data processing.
A click on “More information” or “Unlock now” will take you to the details”.

Provider
details In the provider details you will find a description of the services and the contact details of the provider. In addition, you will find its General Terms and Conditions (GTC), the Data Protection Declaration and the Order Processing Contract (AVV).
The “API Rights” tab briefly explains which access rights the provider needs to your data in order to create his product. Here you can find out which data the service provider is allowed to read, for which it requires write permissions, etc.
Click on “Unlock” to proceed to the next step

Here you will again be shown the most important information about the provider. Before you can continue, please confirm its terms and conditions and the AVV
Unlock
In the last step you determine whether the service should be available to all users or only to administrators.
The concrete release for individual users is done specifically in the user rights and can of course be adjusted subsequently (in the tab “Rights” in the category “Marketplace – external services”).
An API key is then displayed. This is the “key” with which onOffice and the provider connect.
Please copy the API key from the upper field into the lower field “API key for activation” and then click on “activate now”.
After checking the key, the status “Active” is displayed.
The service is now activated
