To create a new appointment, either click on the “New data record” icon , click on “Enter appointment” in the action bar, or directly select the exact time by double-clicking within the calendar
In the pop-up dialog for the appointment, the input fields are divided into tabs and categories. In the tab “Basic data” you can enter the appointment data and the users, as well as link further addresses, properties or projects. Reminders and repetitions as well as the label “Private” can be found in the tab “Options”. You can store files in the tab with the same name.
The other tabs can only contain data after the appointment has been created, so they will not be explained here
