Contact data completion – notification to the real estate agent
Notification to the real estate agent
If you have specified the corresponding option in the contact data completion configuration, you (i.e. the person who sent the contact data completion) will receive a message about the change. This is in plain format and contains the changed data, information about the changes in search criteria and the confirmations of the additional questions (e.g. on data protection or notice obligations).
Search criteria
If the prospect creates a search criteria in the contact data completion, this process is noted in the activities and additionally entered in the search profile as a remark. If your prospect has removed a search profile in the contact data completion, it will not be deleted in the contact record, but deactivated. The deactivation is also entered in the activities and in the search profile.
