Broker address record

You can use the real estate agent address record to control which contact information is published for individual properties. If the estate agent address record is stored as a contact person in a property, their contact information is transferred to the portals and published in the brochures. If there is no estate agent address record for a property, the “Office data” from the basic settings will be used. You can store individual contact information or, for example, a collective email address in the broker address data record.

How does an address data record become a broker address data record?

Create an address record for each broker and enter their official company contact details there. Please do not use the address data record that you have created for the employee. You then assign the contact type broker to the new address data record in the “Administration” category.

If you now enter the address data record as the contact person for a property, its contact details will be used for publication. If several broker address data records are linked as contact persons for a property, only the first broker address data record is used for publication.

It is best to create a broker address record for each of your brokers. This allows you to manually assign your individual contact person to each property.

Automatic assignment of broker address data record

You can also automatically assign a real estate agent address record as a contact person to newly created properties. To do this, a broker address data record is linked to the user in the user settings.
