On the tab Automation in the basic settings you can define individual settings for the appointment follow-up or the request manager. Determine, for example, for which appointment types the follow-up processing is sent with which offset.

On the tab, texts and settings can be specified for automatic appointment follow-up. Please note that as soon as an email template has been deposited, the follow-up can be activated in all appointments.
In the category Texts you can store your individual introduction and greeting texts.
In this category you can define the email template which will be sent to the interested party after the appointment. The template must contain the macro “_RueckmeldungTermin”, otherwise saving is not possible.
If no template is specified, no email will be sent, even if it is already displayed in the event popup.
If you have not yet created an email template, you can use the template ‘Follow-up of appointments’, which is made available to you by onOffice. You can find them in the template management in the email templates in the folder ‘oO – Templates with company color’.
In this category, you can also define the appointment types for which follow-up processing is activated by default. You can also set a standard for the offset – the time between the end of the appointment and the sending of the email – here.
The category ‘Selection’ allows you to customize the website with the date rating. You can also select whether a purchase price offer may be made for properties of purchase.
