onOffice does not provide legal advice. We cannot provide any guarantee of legal certainty for the use of the templates, sample texts and software functions. We ask for your understanding that we as a company cannot give binding legal advice. No legally binding claims can be derived from these instructions. For all legal questions regarding the design of your revocation texts and the implementation of legal obligations, the user must consult a specialist lawyer.
In onOffice enterprise, there are two features available to help you digitally manage the process surrounding the brokerage contract and the cancellation policy. These functions complement each other:
Before a property listing is downloaded or information is viewed, this feature verifies that the requirements for entering into a brokerage contract have been met (e.g., acceptance of the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and receipt of the cancellation policy). The customer’s approvals are documented directly in the system before the download is authorized.
Please note that this documentation is expressly subject to change and may be modified at any time.
This feature complements the process on the prospective customer side. It offers consumers the option to cancel the contract they have entered into directly online using a web form. This eliminates the need for customers to fill out the standard model withdrawal form by hand and submit it via email or mail.
onOffice provides sample texts and templates within the system. Since we, as a company, are not permitted to provide binding legal advice, we recommend having the final text modules and wording reviewed by an attorney.
