User action bar

There are 2 entries in the action bar, “Delete all private appointments” and “Delete all private appointments”. Delete data record rights”. These entries are also available for permanently deactivated users and can be carried out there.

Delete all private appointments

This deletes all appointments of a user marked as “Private”.

Notice:

Please note that if properties or contacts were linked in the private appointments, the real estate activity entries will also be deleted.

If all of a user’s appointments are to be deleted, a request must be made to Support. This deletes all real estate activity entries for the linked properties and contacts.

All ind. Delete data record rights

This resets all individual rights to individual contact, property, project, deadline and task data records.

Notice:

No individual user rights or authorizations are changed in the user’s Rights tab.
