If you organize your contacts hierarchically in contact categories , the property search can be extended to search profiles of subordinate contacts. In the property search of the parent contact record, you can optionally show the active search profiles of linked sub-contacts. To make these search profiles visible and invisible again, click on the icon to the right of the last search profile tile. Search profiles that originate from subordinate contacts are indicated by in the background of the search profile tile.

List configuration: “Subordinate linked contacts”

You can use the list configuration to display the “Linked subordinate contacts” column in the Automatic assignment tab.
Here you can quickly get an overview of interested parties from subordinate contacts – the data records can be called up via the “Linked subordinate contacts” popover or by clicking on to the left of the editing pencil.

Note:
This column is only visible in the Automatic assignment tab or in separate tabs that are set to “Auto.” mode. Assignment” are set.

Immomatching with subordinate contacts

The Immomatching overview shows all properties that match one or more search profiles of subordinate contacts.

Representation: Properties that only match subordinate contacts, but not the main assignment, are shown in gray. Properties for which the interested party from the subordinate contact has already received an brochure or has canceled appear pale green or pale red.

Properties that match the active search profile of the higher-level data record are displayed in black – the checkbox for further actions is active.

Actions for properties at subordinate contacts

No direct actions are possible for properties from subordinate contacts – the checkbox is grayed out.
To execute actions, switch to the corresponding subordinate contact record. This is opened directly in the prospects tab.

Multiple matched properties

Multiple matched properties are immediately recognizable in the “Subordinate linked contacts” column.

Click on “Subordinate contacts – Open overview” to open a popover that takes you directly to the contacts. The contacts name by contact category is used here if it is empty, alternatively first name and surname.
The column “Subordinate linked contacts” can be sorted alphanumerically to get a quick overview of the prospects.
