Files

Here you have the option of uploading files that you frequently use in connection with the respective contact record. These include, for example, contracts, agreements and similar documents.
You also have access to this data via onOffice when you are on the move. The files are part of the data record and are saved together with it.
In addition, files that the customer uploads via contact data completion form are stored here as a copy. This means you always have a complete overview of when which file was stored.

Tab “Uploaded”

In addition to the files uploaded via contact data completion form, you can also upload your own files. Upload your files in the file upload mask. These appear directly in a clear list form for versatile use.

Tab “From activities”

In the “From activities” tab, you will find a list with links to the email attachments (incoming or outgoing emails) for this contact record. Here you can quickly access an attachment sorted by date, for example. The files are not saved again here, only a link to the file attachment is displayed.

As soon as a dark blue bar appears above the tab, this indicates that files are stored in the “Uploaded” tag.

File filter

You can use the file filter to filter by specific file types, such as document, photo, etc.
