Actions bar detail view

The properties Actions Panel contains all the functions/actions that can be performed on a properties record. The Actions bar is located at the bottom.

Send email

Using this function, you can create an e-mail with macros for the respective property.

Create brochures

This button allows you to create a Word, PDF or HTML brochure of the selected property. A wide variety of options are available to you, such as long or short.

Contact

Write letter
This function allows you to write a letter with stored macros for the respective property.
Write fax
This function allows you to create a fax with macros for the respective property.

Create

Task
This button allows you to create a task with direct properties link .
Appointment
This button allows you to create an appointment with direct properties link .
agent’s log entry
This button allows you to create a new agent’s log entry .
Process
This button allows you to create a new process with a direct link to the property.

Other actions

Recalculate fields
This option allows you to reset the formula fields that can be manually overwritten.
Property Completion
An email is created to the property owner with a link to present the existing property data. The owner can check and complete the data directly.
Record rights
Here you can call up the individual record rights for the opened property record.
If you have already created right stamps, they can be selected in the submenu.
Extend worklist
Extend your existing worklist with the selected property.
Duplicate
By clicking this button you can duplicate the selected property.
Transfer agent book(not in picture)
You can transfer the agent book of one property to another. Attention is paid to the writing right of the target property, as well as the supervisor. For master properties, only the agent’s log entries of the master properties are transferred, but not those of the units.
Delete property
By clicking this button you can delete the selected property.
Assign master property
This assigns the property to a master property as a unit. Please note that this option is only available in the multi-property module.

Multilingualism

This button allows you to create the property in another language or to display the existing languages. You can switch to another language to edit the information in that language. The list of possible languages is configured in the administration.
