Perhaps you know this: You have already uploaded the photos of your property to the data record and realize that something is not quite right. With our PhotoDesigner, you can make changes directly in the software. Save yourself the hassle of switching between programs and re-uploading.

Activation

Activate PhotoDesigner for free with just a few clicks here in the Marketplace.

Utilization:

After activation, you will find the PhotoDesigner in your real estate data records in the “Files” tab in the “Marketplace” category.

The following requirements apply to editing an image with PhotoDesigner:

• The image must be selected by double-clicking on it.
• A maximum of one image may be selected.
• You can only use image files.
• The file must be located in the “External” tab.

If you have selected the image you want to edit with PhotoDesigner by double-clicking on it, it will be highlighted with a red frame. Now click on the “PhotoDesigner” button in the “Marketplace” category on the right.

The PhotoDesigner interface opens. The toolbar is located on the left-hand side. There you will find the functions “Crop / Rotate”, “Corrections” and “Stickers”.

Crop / Rotate

If you select “Crop / Rotate”, you will find several options on the left-hand side to crop your photo as desired.

• Reset: Click on this button to reset all changes made in this category to the original.
• Fix resolution: Use this checkbox to activate or deactivate whether the format should remain fixed during free cropping.
• Image size: Here you have the option of entering an exact format for width times height in pixels.
• Standard: Choose from some predefined standard sizes, also for different social media.

Below your image you will find another bar with options for rotating and flipping the photo.

Corrections

In this area, you have the option of making corrections to the exposure and colors of your image. They are divided into basics and subtleties. Move the sliders to the left and right to achieve your desired effect.

Stickers

You can use the sticker function to insert watermarks, logos or other graphics. Simply upload the file, place it on the image and move it to the desired position using drag-and-drop. Change the transparency for a more subtle effect or make further settings.

All files that you have uploaded in PhotoDesigner can be found via the menu bar under Marketplace >> PhotoDesigner >> Settings.

A pop-up window opens. There you can delete individual or all graphics if you no longer need them.

Save edited photo

If you are satisfied with the final result, click on the “Export to onOffice” button in the top right-hand corner and the photo will be saved directly in the corresponding data record. Please note that the old image will be overwritten and no second version will be created.
