Description
The Prospect Scoring category provides real estate agents and sales teams with a structured tool for qualifying prospective buyers and investors. With predefined system fields—such as the financing confirmation and an automatic calculation formula (prospect score) — you can see at a glance how likely a prospective buyer is to make a purchase and what their creditworthiness or qualification level is.

Tips & FAQs
Why isn’t the category visible in my contacts right away after the update?
By default, the system imports the category as inactive to prevent existing input forms from being modified without your consent. An administrator must enable the category once in the field editor.
Why can’t I see the category for a specific contact even though it’s been activated?
Check the contact type for the respective contact record. The category is configured via a fixed system filter so that it is displayed only in contact settings where the contact type is “Prospective Buyer” or “Investor.”
Can the prospect score be changed manually?
No, the Prospect Score is a formula-based system field. The value is calculated automatically based on the information maintained in the contact record.
What happens if you have already set up prospect scoring on a custom basis?
If custom fields for prospect scoring had already been created in your client instance, they were automatically converted to protected system fields during the update. All data will be fully preserved in the process.
