Owner e-mail
Your activities will be recorded by onOffice in the agent’s log. To report activities to the owner for an individual property, open the desired property, switch to the “agent’s log” tab and select the desired entries. To do this, select the entries on the right-hand side with a check mark. If you want to select all agent’s log entries across all pages, you can set this via the “Selection” drop-down menu.
Then select the “Owner E-mail” item from the lower “Actions” menu.
The e-mail dialog will now open. The e-mail address of the owner is automatically entered in the “To:” field. If the property has more than one owner, they will be entered in the “Separate recipients” tab and each will receive their own email. A small agent’s log icon appears in the lower left area of the window and displays the number of linked entries.
Under “Template:” from the “System Templates” folder, select, for example, the “Activity Report 1” template.
By clicking in the field, you can also select another template that is marked as an activity report .
After selecting a template for the activity report, please switch to the “Preview” tab in the e-mail dialog. In this template (activity report 1), the activity entries are output in list form
After the control, the e-mail is then sent to the owner(s).
