itsmydata – Credit Check – Creditworthiness for Real Estate Agents

Request a credit check on your prospective tenants directly through onOffice. The prospect automatically receives the request, and the result is provided to you in a tamper-proof format. Digital, efficient, and free for you as a real estate agent.

Step 1: Using the Service After Activation
In the Contact section: Click on “Contacts,” select an active contact, and open the master data. In the footer of the page, use the action bar to select “itsmydata” and then “BonitätsPass.”

Step 2: Calling the Service
When you call the service, a pop-up window opens. The prospective customer’s contact information is automatically imported from onOffice. Check the prospective customer’s contact information, wait for the CAPTCHA to resolve automatically, and send the request by clicking “Send Invitation.” A shipping confirmation will be displayed immediately and also sent via email.

Step 3: Prospect takes action
The prospect automatically receives an email with the request, verifies their identity, and completes the process online on their own.

Step 4: Result & Delivery
As soon as the prospect completes the process, the result is automatically assigned to the corresponding contact and stored in a tamper-proof manner in the Files section.
In addition, you will receive the final BonitätsPass at the email address on file in onOffice.
