Send brochures

You can send a brochure in onOffice in various ways – as a PDF brochure, as a interactive brochure via a link or even automatically. 

Prerequisite:
The brochure must be created and activated in PDFdesigner or as a interactive brochure.

Select brochure in an e-mail (attachment):

  • Open the desired prospect or call up the “Write e-mail” function directly from the property (via the action bar).
  • Under Attachments , select the desired PDF or interactive brochure from the list.
    • A link is automatically inserted in the interactive brochure instead of an attachment.

Agreement link and templates:

  • Use the macro _agreementLinkin your email template. You can find more information on Withdrawalhere.
  • The recipient must then give their consent (e.g. due to the right of withdrawal) before viewing the brochure; this is in line with standard estate agent and data protection practice.
  • Templates can be created or customized under Edit >> Templates/Files .

Answer portal requests quickly:

  • For portal inquiries, you can select a suitable template and the brochure directly from the inquiry function.

  • As soon as a portal request has been assigned to a contact and a property, a button “Answer portal request directly” appears in the e-mail.
  • With one click, the appropriate e-mail template stored in the basic settings or groups, including the synopsis, is automatically used and sent.

  • The brochure is then sent based on the assignment in the e-mail.

Alternative: own PDF brochure (without PDFdesigner):

  • You can also add a manually created PDF to the email attachment.
  • Simply select and add under “My attachments” in the e-mail dialog.
